In November 2023, I took a break from social media, and this is what this ebook is about. Along with journal entries, I'll be sprinkling in favourite recaps at the end of each chapter.

My friends refer to me as Fame, and my name is Shane Fame Alexander. also Shane. Or Shane Fame. I chose the pen name "s.a. fame" as a tribute to three of my favourite authors: J.D. Salinger, e.e. Cummings, and MF DOOM. Writing a book has always been a dream of mine, so I thought I'd share some of the moments I've had in my 45 years to show others that, as long as you stay upbeat and positive, the struggle to stay afloat still exists.
